Was recommended to Yates Constructions through a neighbour who just had a pergola completed.
From the time Jarrod came out to quote to final completion was seamless.
Jarrod was able to design our pergola to best set our needs and budget. Everything explained upfront with continued contact through the whole process.
Once construction started, Murray the builder was amazing. Again he would keep in contact with me, often after hours to explain progress. His workmanship, promptness and communication is the best I have ever dealt with by a Tradie.
Thanks to Jarrod and Murray for the build. We couldn’t be happier.

Jarrod was excellent when he came to my house to speak about getting a verandah. He explained the whole process with me and all the costs including permits etc. Once all measurements were done I was given a quote for everything included. The process was very easy, there was a lot of communication about timing and next steps and the installation was very organised and quick.

We can 100% recommend Yates Construction from start to finish. The team has been fantastic—prompt, professional, and incredibly easy to deal with throughout the entire process.
We’d also like to highlight Murray’s keen eye for detail and commitment to perfection. Jarrod and his team delivered exactly that—quality workmanship with a real focus on getting everything just right.
We’ll definitely be using Yates Construction again for future renovations.

Very happy to give Jarrod and his team a big thumbs up for a seamless job. Follow up on the odd leak and fine tuning the rain sensor was prompt and efficient. Well done boys.

We had an idea to finally build a deck out the back and also potentially convert half of our double garage into another living and working space. With a budget in mind, but no idea where to start we reached out to Jarrod who exceeded our expectations from day 1.
The communication, advice, design, the Yates team & the finished product were amazing. Even after the job was completed, there was extra support to help with a few bits and pieces.
We couldn't be happier with our new decking and games room, it is better than we ever imagined and it gets used every day.
We highly recommend Jarrod and his team and just wish we'd done this sooner!

Our Stratco Veranda is amazing, thanks to Jarrod and his team! We had a dreadful experience with Install A Veranda, cancelled our contract, and contacted Yates/Jarrod (we should have gone with a local business from the start). He was ultra professional, responsive and provided exceptional customer service. His installation and crew were on time every day, and it was a fantastic experience for us (considering the Install A Veranda nightmare). I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Yates Constructions and will be telling everyone to use them. The finished veranda is spectacular!! Thank you Jarrod, Anna, Murray and the team!!

Highly recommend Yates constructions!! Couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism. We had a Stratco pergola installed Jarrod and his team Murray where fabulous. Great integrity also, we had a leak and a light not working a few weeks after the job was complete and there were back so quickly to rectify the issue with no problems. We are thrilled with the finished product and will be definitely using their services again in the future!
