Genuine Stratco Engineering

Every Stratco Outback structure is individually engineered to Australian Standards for your specific site. This includes wind load calculations (critical for Frankston’s coastal exposure), footing design for your soil type, and connection details for your home’s specific wall and roof construction. Generic builders use generic engineering. We use Stratco’s proprietary engineering system, which is purpose-built for the Outback product range.

Full Stratco Warranty

When installed by an authorised dealer like Yates Constructions, your Stratco structure comes with a 25-year structural warranty, an 8-year paint finish warranty, and our own 1-year installation warranty. If you use a non-authorised installer, Stratco’s warranty may not apply.
